Kul7ure Rules
Kul7ure is built around shared interests, diverse perspectives, and respectful conversation. These Rules form part of the User Agreement and apply to posts, comments, profiles, images, videos, links, and any messaging or community tools offered. They apply equally to all users, including Invited Members. Community-specific rules may be stricter but cannot authorize violations of these platform-wide Rules. Popularity or commercial relationships do not create an exception.

- Respect people. Disagree without harassment, hate, threats, or coordinated attacks.
- Protect privacy. Do not expose private information or share nonconsensual intimate material.
- Keep the community safe. No child exploitation, prohibited sexual or graphic content, or promotion of harm.
- Share information responsibly. Distinguish facts from rumors, provide context, and label misleading synthetic media.
- Respect creators and disclose promotions. Share content lawfully and be transparent about commercial relationships.
- Participate honestly. No impersonation, spam, engagement manipulation, scams, or platform abuse.
- Keep advice in context. Personal experiences do not replace qualified professional advice.
- Report problems responsibly. Use the reporting and appeal procedures below.

Detailed Guidelines
1. Harassment, Hate, and Threats
Do not target people with threats, repeated unwanted contact, sexual harassment, slurs, targeted humiliation, or abuse based on protected characteristics. Criticism of an artist’s work is permitted; attacking the person or mobilizing fans against them is not. Do not recruit others to mass-report, intimidate, or contact a target across platforms.
2. Private Information and Image Abuse
Do not post private addresses, phone numbers, identification documents, account credentials, medical details, private messages, leaked chats, real-time locations, or nonpublic travel schedules without a lawful basis and appropriate permission. Do not solicit stalking information. Nonconsensual intimate material, sexual deepfakes, and threats to distribute them are prohibited even if the person is a public figure.
3. Child Safety and Dangerous Content
Never post, request, link to, or facilitate sexual exploitation or sexualized depictions of minors, including synthetic material. Grooming is prohibited. Do not promote terrorism, credible violence, self-harm, dangerous challenges, fraud, or illegal transactions. Explicit sexual content and graphic violence are prohibited under Kul7ure’s platform rules; adding a warning does not make prohibited material acceptable.
4. News, Rumors, Translations, and AI
Use accurate headlines and distinguish fact, opinion, satire, and unverified claims. For news and translations, link to the original source where available, include relevant context and dates, and do not invent quotes. Clearly identify material AI generation or manipulation when it could mislead readers. Labels do not excuse deception or harm. Correct material errors rather than silently recycling false claims. Do not publish allegations as established facts without a reliable basis.
5. Copyright, Promotions, and Transactions
Share only material you own, are licensed to share, or may lawfully use under an applicable exception. Attribution alone is not permission. Do not upload full paid articles, subscription videos, unauthorized music releases, counterfeit offers, or links intended to facilitate infringement. Clearly disclose sponsorships, affiliate relationships, and gifted products. Do not run scams, collect credentials, or promise fraudulent tickets, merchandise, prizes, or investment returns. Kul7ure does not become the seller or guarantor of a member’s offer merely by hosting it.
6. Authentic Participation and Platform Abuse
Do not send spam, buy fake engagement, coordinate deceptive voting or reporting, impersonate others, evade suspensions, distribute malware, or bypass access controls. Fan, parody, and brand accounts must not misleadingly imply official authorization. Do not harvest personal data or conduct unauthorized automated collection. Security concerns should be reported privately to hello@kul7ure.com.
7. Advice About Beauty, Food, and Wellness
Personal experiences with beauty, food, and wellness are welcome. Do not promote dangerous practices or present unsupported medical claims as facts. Community content does not replace advice from a qualified professional.
8. Reporting, Review, and Appeals
Use the reporting tool where available or email hello@kul7ure.com. Include the exact content URL, the relevant rule or legal concern, a concise explanation, and supporting context. For an alleged illegal-content notice, include your name and email unless a legal exception applies, and a good-faith statement that the information is accurate and complete. Do not repost harmful content simply to draw attention to it, and never attach or recirculate illegal child-abuse imagery. Reports are assessed in context, and disagreement alone is not grounds for removal. Do not abuse reporting or appeals.
We may remove or restrict material, warn users, suspend features, or terminate accounts proportionately. We consider severity, context, recurrence, and available evidence; serious violations may require immediate action without prior warning. Where required, we explain the affected content, reasons, legal or contractual basis, use of automated decision-making, and available redress, subject to lawful exceptions. Send an appeal with the decision reference and reasons to hello@kul7ure.com. We review relevant additional information; where applicable, complaints receive review under the legally required human-oversight standard. EU users retain applicable DSA complaint, certified out-of-court settlement, regulator, and court remedies. If the DSA internal-complaint obligation applies, complaints can be filed electronically and free of charge for at least six months after the decision. Applicability depends on the service’s classification and any statutory size exemption.
Kul7ure is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services for immediate danger. We may preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful requests as described in the Privacy Policy.
